Running Without A Shirt

Is it ok to go running without a shirt? There was a great discussion on t he post i wrote last year about running in just a sports bra.

Part of the reason i want to do this is to help get over that insecurity. So long as a guy’s in decent shape, i have no issue with him running shirtless. If you’re more comfortable and feel cooler in your workout, go for it.

Right there on a public street i took off my running tank and continued on my way. 3 rows therefore, running without a shirt may have a positive impact on your overall performance. Don’t be one of those guys.

On the socially acceptable scale, yelling things from cars is much worse than running without a shirt on. Running without a shirt is simply lack of class. In hot weather, but not necessarily humid weather, a shirt actually helps draw sweat away from the body, keeping it cool by drawing sweat away from the body.

It depends on the agreement between the organiser and the local council. In addition to blocking harmful uv rays from the skin, shirts also prevent the sun from shining on your skin. Running without a shirt is new for me.
